For commercial purposes please negotiate for prior permission.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

  • I take upfront payment, and for now all payments will be through VGen payment system.
    Accepted payment methods: Paypal, Credit or Debit card, Google/Apple pay etc.

  • No chargebacks, cancellations or refunds once the commission has been started unless I am not able to deliver.

  • For commissions asked with add-ons or other extra fees, here's how it will be calculated:
    Base Price + Add-ons + Commercial Fees + Rush Fees + Privacy Fees

REVISIONS

General Revisions Process:
Sketch - [ First Check ] - Outline / Base Colour - [ Final Check ] - Finish

First Check: Pose, Composition, Character, Object...
Final Check: Base Colour Scheme, Minor Changes, Small Details...

  • Please confirm details in specific service page as some services may includes only one or more than two revisions by default.

  • Note that major changes can only be done in the First Check.

  • Additional revisions will incur additional fees (rate varies according to commissions) and needs to be decided before commission starts.

DEADLINES & DELIVERY

  • Apart from specific deadlines, commission completion is usually within 2 weeks after started.

  • If you have needs in a hard deadline, please indicate it in the request form. Rush fees might be applied if necessary:

  • Work process might be shared on my social media. For private commission please inform me to discuss about NDA terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

  • I reserve all rights to the artwork and distribution. Please credit the source of the art.

  • I may use said works for portfolio, samples, resume and advertisement needs.
